1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 577bs platform and all related services. By using the 577bs website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device or household will be subject to investigation.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 577bs platform reserves the right to verify the identity of members to ensure safe and transparent operations. A copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence, along with proof of address, may be requested for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. The 577bs platform will never ask for your account password. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent attempt.

• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for any withdrawal request is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Amounts below this cannot be withdrawn.

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must meet a 25x (twenty-five times) wagering requirement. This condition applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.

6.3 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus conditions must be met within a specified time — see the offer details.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• 577bs's decision is final in all matters relating to bonus awards.

6.4 VIP Program

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.

9.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. Before requesting account closure, ensure that all wagering conditions have been met and any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn. Contact the support team to close your account.
